RETURN POLICY

The following change of mind timeframes apply:

  • In-store  7 days from the date of purchase
  • Online Australia  7 days from the date of delivery

JNBY will honour a refund or exchange on a change of mind item with the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;
  • The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and with its original tags intact.
  • Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.

Shipping costs: general customers are responsible for returns shipping costs.

Exceptions To Our Change Of Mind Policy:

Our change of mind policy does not apply to Sports bras and hosiery due to hygiene reasons.

There are two options to return the purchased items. 


RETURN IN-STORE

Once we are able to re-open, simply show your online receipt (this was emailed to you when you placed your online order) and the credit card used for your purchase at our stores within 7 days where our store staff will be happy to assist you.

JNBY will provide refund, exchange or credits after a thorough evaluation. Intact products, labels, and receipts are the must evidences for a return. 

JNBY will NOT provide refund, exchange or credits if the item under conditions in which JNBY cannot make a second sell of the item. 


RETURN BY POSTS

Return will be accepted on any inappropriate size within 7 days of the delivered date. Returns may take up to 10 business days to be processed. Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method and can take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account. For defaulted items JNBY will be responsible for the shipping fees. However, for change of intentions, the customer needs to pay their own shipping fees. Intact products, labels, and receipts are the must evidences for a return.


Simply follow the below steps to lodge your return:

(1) Read through our return policy 

(2) Download and complete the JNBY return form, please find the below link to download

(3) Please enter your return details. Your return authorisation number is the same as your order number, and can be found on your order confirmation email. Please send it to info@jnby.com.au

(4) You will be contacted within 3 business days. Ship the package to our temporary return address until further notice under the impact of covid-19.

(5) Returns may take up to 10 business days to be processed. Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you.


Please note: 

  • If your item was purchased online, you may return your item online via post for a refund or exchange, however any rewards redeemed in the original purchase will be forfeited.
  • If your item was purchased in-store, you may not return or exchange your item online via post. You may only return or exchange your item in-store.
